Thierry Ralala, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at OECD - OCDE since October 2023. Previously, Thierry held positions such as Associate Director of Human Resources at McGill University and Human Resources Director at a Non-Profit Organization. With a solid background in organizational development and change management, Thierry has extensive experience from roles at Kativik School Board, Boreala Management, and UNICEF, including international human resources functions. Thierry's earlier career includes positions as Training Manager at STAR Madagascar and Human Resources Assistant at Office National de Nutrition. Thierry holds a Maîtrise in Gestion from Université d'Antananarivo.
