Shruti Singh is a Senior Economist specializing in ageing and employment policies at OECD - OCDE since August 2018, where also serves as Project Leader. Previously, from 2008 to 2018, Shruti managed the OECD Centre for Opportunity and Equality, overseeing initiatives on inequality and stakeholder engagement. In a notable role as Project Leader, Shruti led the OECD review of Labour Market and Social Policies in Costa Rica, facilitating extensive multi-stakeholder dialogues. Prior experience includes serving as a Labour Market Economist, focusing on policy reviews in various social policy areas and as a Labour Market Advisor at the Department for Work and Pensions, supporting senior management and engaging in EU policy representation. Educational background includes an MSc in International Management and Economics from King's College London, along with studies in Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a BA in Economics with Spanish from the University of Essex.
