Sandra Knaepen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international relations and finance. Since September 2016, Sandra has served as the Head of Unit at the OECD - OCDE. Prior to this role, Sandra worked at FOD Financiën - SPF Finances for nearly 25 years, culminating as Adviseur-generaal Internationale betrekkingen from December 1991 to September 2016. Sandra holds a Licentiate degree in Law from KU Leuven, earned in 1990, and further education from Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel from 1991 to 1993.
