Michael Donohue has extensive experience in information security, privacy, and consumer policy, currently serving as Data Protection Officer and Senior Policy Analyst at the OECD since 2001. Previously, Michael held the position of Policy Analyst focusing on privacy and consumer policy from 2001 to 2010. Michael began the career as an Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission from 1997 to 2001 and practiced law at DLA Piper from 1992 to 1994. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and an M.Litt. in Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from William & Mary.
