Max Bulakovsky is an experienced senior policy analyst and head of the Project Implementation Unit at OECD - OCDE since February 2015, currently serving in the Global Relations and Cooperation Directorate. Prior to this, Bulakovsky worked as a consultant, coach, and lecturer from June 2009 to January 2015, focusing on sustainable development projects, including training in Palestine on innovation strategies. With a background in project management at i-propeller and WYG International, Bulakovsky coordinated large teams and managed significant business development initiatives across various regions, including the Middle East and Africa. Earlier experience includes working at TAS Europrojects, where Bulakovsky provided consulting services to improve processes for European companies. Bulakovsky holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School, a Master’s degree in European Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a Master’s in Economics from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
