Mame Fatou Diagne is an experienced economist currently serving as the Head of Division at the OECD - OCDE since 2019, while also holding the position of Senior Economist at The World Bank since 2009. Previously, Mame Fatou Diagne worked as an Associate at Standard & Poor's from 2002 to 2004, focusing on sovereign ratings, and as an Emerging Markets Economist at Societe Generale from 2001 to 2002. Mame Fatou Diagne holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley (2004-2009), a Master of International Affairs (MIA) in International Economics from Columbia University (2000-2001), and a Diplome from Sciences Po (1997-2001).
