Lionel Saby currently serves as the Head of Division for Accounting & Financial Support at OECD-OCDE, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Lionel was the Deputy CEO and COO at Aubépar Industries SE from 2010 to 2019, overseeing a diverse services and investment group primarily in financial services, aeronautics, and real estate, with significant ties to the financial arbitrage company ABC Arbitrage. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO for Allianz Partners in Portugal from 2002 to 2009, where responsibilities encompassed managing a business unit with substantial turnover and employee count. Lionel also held roles as Senior Auditor and Project Manager during a 7-year tenure with Allianz Partners, and worked in IT and supply chain management at Vallourec do Brasil and Dillinger. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and a Master 2 in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
