Douglas Robinson

Policy Advisor at OECD

Douglas Robinson is a Policy Advisor at OECD - OCDE since January 2023 and has been a Researcher specializing in innovation analysis and policy intelligence at the Centre national de la recherche scientifique since September 2017. Robinson holds additional positions as an Honorary Senior Research Associate at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose and served as Co-Director of the LISIS Research Unit from January 2020 to December 2022. Previous roles include Researcher at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, Associate Fellow at the Science Policy Research Unit, Technical Analyst at the Institute of Nanotechnology, and Post Doctoral Researcher at Ecole des Mines de Paris. A PhD in Future-Oriented Technology Assessment and Innovation Studies was completed at the University of Twente, complemented by an Habilitation in Management Science from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2020. Additionally, Robinson has a Master's in Space Studies from the International Space University and a degree in Physics from the University of Leicester.
