Christel Osterroth-Cartigny currently serves as the Deputy Executive Secretary and Head of Unit at the OECD, where responsibilities include advising the OECD Staff Association, leading a legal team to support staff in disputes, managing various HR improvement projects, and overseeing the Omesys Supervisory Board. Prior to this role, Christel gained experience as an HR and legal junior adviser at the International Court of Justice and completed a traineeship at the European Space Agency's legal department, along with another traineeship at the French permanent representation to the United Nations. Christel holds a Master II in International Civil Servant Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, as well as a Master I in Political Science, Public Law, and International Law from Sciences Po Aix.
