Andrea Schill is a Policy Analyst at the OECD Centre for Responsible Business Conduct, focusing on garment and footwear sustainability initiatives since February 2022. Previous roles include Advisor for social standards and corporate due diligence at GIZ GmbH, Consultant and Mercator Fellow at Sézane, and various positions within the Mercator Fellowship on International Affairs, where Andrea worked on projects to improve working conditions in the textile sector. Experience includes research and capacity building with international organizations like the International Labour Organization and advocacy on social and labor standards. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Potsdam and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Universität Passau.
