Matheus Macedo is an experienced Electromechanical Manager at Odebrecht, with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles within the company, including oversight of electrical assembly and commissioning for major hydroelectric projects such as Lauca HPP and Santo Antônio HPP. Matheus has a strong background in managing electromechanical interfaces and installations in hydroelectric facilities and industrial plants. Additionally, Matheus co-founded and served as Managing Member of Inovapoli EP-UFBA, contributing to the establishment of a technology-based business incubator. Matheus holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia and an MBA in Financial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
