Stefania Dobre, MHA, CCRC, serves as the Executive Director of Operations for the Medical Group at Odyssey Systems since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at ICON Government and Public Health Solutions, where Stefania advanced from Program Manager to Director of FSP Operations, managing full-service clinical development and staffing for U.S. Government agencies and various NGOs. Stefania's background includes significant work in sleep research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and a focus on PTSD in behavioral pharmacology, as well as research roles at the National Institutes of Health. Stefania holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland.
