With a distinguished career in the United States Air Force since October 2003, Joshua has held various leadership roles, including Program Manager and Director, where significant achievements include developing innovative testing plans for a $2 billion agile software program, managing extensive travel budgets to facilitate global assessments, and creating a professional development curriculum enhancing mental health preparedness across departments. Joshua's experience also encompasses skills in team management, emergency accountability processes, and training program development. An accomplished graphic designer with a Master of Fine Arts in Media Design, Joshua has freelanced since 2009 and contributed as a Multimedia Designer for Mosaic Church, demonstrating a robust blend of technical expertise and creative talent.
