Virginie Thevenon is an experienced recruitment consultant currently working at ODYSSEE RH since October 2022. Prior roles include Assistant HR at SECANIM SUD-EST, where responsibilities included managing temporary workers and overseeing the skills development plan, and Secretary at CGMI, handling administrative tasks and accounting. Virginie also served as Assistant HR at The Manitowoc Company, managing the recruitment and integration of temporary employees. With a strong background in client relations and project management as demonstrated during time as an Inspector at GSF and as Sector Manager at Onet Propreté et MultiServices, Virginie has cultivated a diverse skill set in HR and operational management. Virginie holds a Master’s degree in French as a Foreign Language and relevant qualifications in literature education from Université Blaise Pascal, alongside ongoing education at L'Ecole du recrutement.
