Kimberly Horishny has over 18 years of experience in guest relations and experience management within the attractions industry. Currently serving as the Director of Guest Relations at OdySea Aquarium since May 2016, Kimberly has effectively enhanced guest experiences. Previously, as the Kids Activities Department Head at Life Time, Kimberly managed a large team at the inaugural Mount Laurel location. Kimberly also held multiple leadership roles at Adventure Aquarium, including Director of Guest Experience and Exhibits, where strategic planning and execution of guest experiences were prioritized. Throughout these roles, Kimberly demonstrated a strong ability to drive attendance, brand awareness, and revenue generation. Kimberly holds a degree from Stockton University.
