Tessa Milot is an experienced Project Lead Engineer at ODS Metering Systems, overseeing engineering, material selection, procurement, construction, and documentation within contractual requirements since May 2021. Previous roles include Project Engineer and Junior Project Engineer at the same company, contributing significantly to project coordination and execution. Tessa participated in the Process Technology Talent Program at the Institute for Sustainable Process Technology from November 2017 to November 2020, gaining valuable insights through company visits and supplementary lessons. Relevant experience also includes an internship at Shell, where a proposal to increase batch capacity was developed, as well as supporting the Process Engineering department through calculations and process mapping. Tessa served as an ambassador for technology with TechniekTalent.nu and held the position of chairperson for the S.V. Nilva student association, aiming to engage future engineering students. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences and Eindhoven University of Technology, respectively.
