Vinh Nguyen serves as an IT Manager at METKRAFT LTD since July 2015, focusing on implementing business-related software and hardware to enhance productivity through effective information collection and analysis. Concurrently, Vinh also works as a Project Expert for both Odoo and Epicor Software. Prior experience includes a decade at Zenith Cutter as IT Manager, where responsibilities included leading IT systems and database projects to boost productivity and reduce defect rates, and a five-year tenure as IT Technician at Theodore Alexander, where IT improvements and CRM implementation were primary duties. Vinh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Vietnam National University HCMC - UIT and a Computer Applications degree from Ho Chi Minh National University of Education, along with CCNA and CCNP certifications from Cisco Networking Courses.
