Luis Gomes da Silva has over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in payroll and social charges. Since April 2009, Luis has been an Analista de Recursos Humanos at OdontoPrev, focusing on the preparation and execution of payroll, social charges, and management reports using the LG-FPW integrated system. Prior to this role, Luis worked at CIEE Centro de Integração Empresa Escola from January 2004 to September 2008 in a similar capacity, managing payroll and social charges for approximately 3,000 employees and overseeing various HR activities using the APDATA - Antares system. Luis's career began at Cooperben from October 1999 to January 2004 as a Supervisor de Fopag e Encargos Sociais, responsible for payroll preparation and team coordination. Luis holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from Faculdade Brasileira de Recursos Humanos and a technical degree in Accounting from EEPSG Vicente T. Lessa.
