Lucas Alonso Santos is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as Gerente de Sistemas and previously as Supervisor de TI at Odontoprev since September 2015. In this role, Lucas has been responsible for managing deployment teams and ensuring the smooth operation of various applications, including Dynamics 365 Azure CRM and Oracle EBS ERP for both Brazil and Mexico. Prior to Odontoprev, Lucas held the position of Analista de Soluções at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, where responsibilities included defining processes and managing financial project implementations.
