Jonathan Coyle is a seasoned professional in asset and property management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Odin Properties since April 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at KGP Management from December 2018 to April 2022, and managing a portfolio of over 1,000 units at Post Brothers from November 2015 to November 2018. Jonathan has also held various leasing positions, including Leasing Manager at Aimco, overseeing operations for a 500+ unit community during a major renovation, and as a Leasing Consultant at Riverloft Apartments, providing exceptional service to residents. Earlier career experience includes working as a Realtor at Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors. Jonathan holds a degree in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, which was completed in 2011.
