Susanne Thorning-Lund is a seasoned professional in board advisement and executive recruitment, currently serving as Partner, Chair & Board Practice at Odgers Berndtson since July 2011. With expertise in board composition, succession planning, and the appointment of chairmen and senior business leaders, Susanne has offered insights across various sectors, including biotech, consumer goods, retail, and technology. Prior to this role, experience includes Senior Consultant positions in Industrial Markets and Technology at Odgers Berndtson, as well as conducting due diligence for Planned Business Development. Susanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Economics and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Kent.
