Jeffrey Hauswirth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Odgers Berndtson since September 2023, Jeffrey also holds the position of Chairman at Second Harvest, the largest food rescue organization in Canada, where efforts focus on reducing food waste and environmental impact. Prior roles include Vice Chairman and Head of North America at Ferguson Partners Canada Co. from November 2018 to September 2023, and a significant 25-year tenure at Spencer Stuart, culminating in a Partner position overseeing Real Estate and CEO & Board practices. Jeffrey's global experience includes serving as Regional Co-Lead for Asia Pacific while managing Canadian clients. Jeffrey Hauswirth holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Guelph.
