Conor Wilson is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in educational sectors and executive search. Currently serving as a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson since August 2024, Conor previously held the position of Client Success Lead in the Education Sector at Nurole, supporting prominent educational organizations such as the Glasgow School of Art and United Learning. Conor also spent six years at Society: Global Executive Search, where responsibilities included building the global Schools & Colleges Practice and establishing relationships with major international school groups and educational non-profits. Earlier roles included regional recruitment strategy management for the University of Reading in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as research positions in higher education. Conor's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, and A Levels from Boston Grammar School.
