Jeff Tobolka has over three decades of experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning from a Foreman at Pipefitters Local Union 211 to a Construction Superintendent at General Petro Chem and Conex. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Odfjell SE since July 2010, Jeff oversees small to large-scale projects encompassing design work, material take-offs, cost estimating, procurement, bidding, and project execution. Jeff's educational background includes studies at Houston Community College and ongoing education at San Jacinto College, complemented by a high school degree from Ross S Sterling.
