O'Dell was founded in 1994 and currently offers civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and land use entitlement and land planning divisions. Specialty services include joint trench/dry utilities design, storm water compliance, survey technology, and socially inclusive play design. Our staff of over 70 professionals are dedicated to improving communities and the infrastructure that supports our daily life. We have additional offices in Pleasanton, Fresno, and Merced.
