Stephanie Harness is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in retail and warehouse management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Warehouse Operations at Odeko since August 2022, Stephanie previously held key positions at Amazon from September 2020 to August 2022, including Operations Manager and Area Manager. Prior to Amazon, Stephanie managed various stores at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Victoria's Secret, showcasing strong leadership skills as a Store Manager from October 2016 to September 2020 and November 2011 to October 2016, respectively. Stephanie began the retail career as an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's Department Stores from January 2008 to November 2011. Stephanie earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Colorado State University, graduating in 2010.
