Heather Glass is a contract manager at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) since August 2017. Previously, as an associate at Hunton & Williams LLP, Heather advised utilities on procurement and licensing matters. Heather also worked as a corporate associate at Lenhart Obenshain PC, representing emerging growth companies in financing transactions. With experience as a contract attorney and corporate associate at various firms, Heather has knowledge in commercial real estate, UCC Article 2 and 9, and damage analyses. Heather holds a law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
