Carl Barker is an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician with a robust background in the energy sector. Currently employed at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) since April 2022, Carl has previously held similar roles at NAES Corporation Chambers Cogen and NAES Eagle Point Generating, as well as at ODEC from 2016 to 2018. Carl's career in instrumentation and electrical spans over two decades, including significant experience at the Logan Generating Plant and EBASCO Construction Company. An educational foundation in Process Instrumentation was established at Delaware Technical Community College, where Carl earned a certificate from 1989 to 1993.
