Sin Lie Lee has worked for Oddle since 2023 as a Key Account Manager. Prior to that, they worked for Kingsmen Creatives Ltd from 2018 to 2017 in various roles, including Senior Manager, Business Development, Business Development Manager, and Business Development Executive. In this role, they were responsible for identifying new leads and converting them into existing accounts, building meaningful relationships with new and existing clients, planning and executing company's participation in trade fairs, staying on top of trends and developments in the retail industry, and planning and creating content for marketing collateral. From 2017 to 2016, Sin Lie Lee worked as a Marketing Intern and Operations Intern at Kingsmen Projects and Kingsmen Exhibits and Kingsmen Ooh-Media, respectively.

Sin Lie Lee's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Esade. Prior to this, they attended Hwa Chong Institution from 2012 to 2013 and Nanyang Girls High School from 2008 to 2011.
