Steve Rancour is a seasoned UX Accessibility Specialist and the founder of Rancour X Design LLC, with extensive experience in enhancing accessibility across digital platforms. Currently serving as a 508 Accessibility Specialist at Oddball, Steve has previously worked at Audible and IKEA, where responsibilities included auditing for WCAG 2.1 compliance and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Steve's background also includes roles at Comcast, Piano, Korn Ferry Hay Group, and the Creative Advantage, where design and user experience best practices were a focus. Steve holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electronic Media Arts and Communication with a concentration in Interaction Design from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology from Hudson Valley Community College.
