Jordan Firari has over 14 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. They started their career in 2008 as an IT Software Engineer at Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation and Affiliates, where they worked for 10 years. In 2018, they joined Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire as a Software Developer and held this role until 2022. Currently, Jordan is employed at Oddball as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in March 2022.

Jordan Firari attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
