Olman Caballero has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Gerente de Proyectos and previously as Coordinador Electromecanico at ODATA since January 2019, Olman has a strong background with Claro Colombia as Ingeniero O&M Fuerza & Clima and at ZTE Corporation as Ingeniero Senior O&M. Earlier roles include positions at IcotecColombia, Ups Ingenieria Ltda, Quest Technology International, and Ortiz Rey Ingenieros. Olman holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Specialist degree in Project Management in Telecommunications from Politécnico Grancolombiano, a Data Center Design Awareness certification, and an Electronic Engineer degree from Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores, among others.
