Ridham Shah is a Data Engineer with extensive experience in data modernization and pipeline optimization in diverse tech environments. Currently employed at ODAIA since June 2024, Ridham previously worked at ShyftLabs, where significant projects included optimizing data pipelines for Petco and executing retail data mart modernization with Airflow and DBT on Snowflake. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Data Engineer at Mitacs, where crucial contributions involved backend system development for financial tools and building real-time dashboards to enhance network performance. Earlier, as a Machine Learning Engineer at Innodel Technologies, Ridham developed a web-based facial recognition system and processed data for facial feature classification with impressive accuracy. Starting the career as a Software Engineer at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Ridham holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from INDUS University.
