Rodriguez Esther has extensive experience in customer service and legal advisory roles. Since January 2008, Rodriguez has been with Organizaci贸n de Consumidores y Usuarios (OCU), serving as Director since January 2014 and currently leading the Legal Advisory Department. Prior to this, Rodriguez held the position of Director of Customer Service and Commercial Development at Canelafoods from January 2002 to November 2007, focusing on managing customer relationships and enhancing profitability. Rodriguez began a career in customer service at Vodafone from January 1997 to January 2002, overseeing various departments. Rodriguez holds a degree in Law from the Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Jur铆dicas, Universidad de Ja茅n, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
