Joe Di Carlo is an experienced project manager with a strong background in telecommunications and transportation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at OCU since September 2022, Joe previously held similar roles at KMCO Group and Instalcom Limited. Prior to transitioning to project management, Joe worked as a Black Cab Driver for London Cabbie and as a Network Implementation Designer at Ericsson. Joe's career began at BT, where a notable tenure from September 1989 to June 2010 was spent in circuit provision.
