Raluca-Elena Ciucu is a skilled software engineer currently employed at Octopus Money since June 2023, with prior experience at RVU from June 2020 to July 2023, where Raluca-Elena contributed to developing internal tooling and a design system library. Raluca-Elena's career also includes roles as an associate software engineer and IT systems development trainee at Dogs Trust, where integration projects and GDPR-compliant services were implemented. Earlier roles included working as a human resources generalist at Philip Morris International and as a procurement intern at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights. Raluca-Elena holds a graduate degree in computer programming from Makers, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Bucharest.
