Vidhya Vijayakumar is an experienced professional in customer success management with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as VP Customer Success at Octopus Deploy, Vidhya previously held the position of VP Customers at Codefresh, which was acquired by Octopus Deploy in February 2024. In addition to this role, Vidhya has expertise as Head of Customers at Codefresh, Customer Experience Operations Manager at Electric Cloud, and Customer Support Operations Manager at CloudBees. Vidhya began a career in technical roles as a Test and Pre-Sales Engineer at Eion Wireless. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Control Systems Engineering from the University of Ottawa, completed between 2000 and 2006.
