Emmanuel Pinelli currently serves as Chef de projet at OCTIME since June 2022, bringing project management expertise to the organization. Prior to this role, Emmanuel gained valuable experience at Pau Béarn Pyrénées, working as Éboueur for a month in August 2021 and as Opérateur technique for a month in August 2020. Emmanuel's educational background includes a Master 1 (M1) in Management des organisations et des technologies de l'information from IAE Pau-Bayonne, pursued from 2021 to 2023, as well as a Licence in Économie from the University of Pau and Adour Countries, completed in May 2021.
