Sophie Chapman is an experienced People Services Delivery Manager at Octavius Infrastructure since January 2025, following an extensive career at Jellyfish from December 2013 to January 2025, where roles included People Director for Global Projects & Payroll, and People Director for EMEA & APAC. In these roles, Sophie managed global payroll operations across 22 countries, led a team of payroll professionals, and oversaw vendor management and key audit activities. Sophie's earlier experience includes supporting HR functions during rapid business growth as HR Manager EMEA and contributing to various strategic HR initiatives. Prior to Jellyfish, Sophie worked at Osborne as an HR Coordinator and Contract Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 CIPD certification in Human Resources Management and an Advanced Level Diploma in Human Resources Development.
