Tamara Harris is an accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. since January 2020, Tamara has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. from May 2011 to January 2020. Tamara earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University between 2011 and 2014 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. John Fisher University, completed in 2011.
