Eve Miguez, MSM, has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Facilities Manager at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., where responsibilities include managing building systems for 38 plasma centers nationwide and overseeing project management for new center construction and renovations. Previously, Eve held facilities management positions at DDR Corp., where significant expense reductions were achieved through contract negotiations, and Strayer University, where leadership was provided for a 19-campus environment. Additional roles include property management and leasing across various commercial properties, demonstrating expertise in vendor management, project budgeting, and operational oversight. Eve holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Federal Acquisitions & Contract Management/Marketing from Strayer University.
