Carla Stewart is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in retail management and human resources. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store since September 2017, Carla specializes in retail training and development. Previous roles include Acting HRM for OCS, Retail Training Lead, and Manager of Succession Planning at LCBO, where responsibilities included onboarding for store managers. Carla's career also features significant experience at Hudson's Bay Company and The Disney Stores in various management capacities, as well as earlier work with Thriftys. Carla's educational background includes studies at Mohawk College.
