Justin Dorsey, CCM, PMP, is a seasoned professional in construction management and project management, currently serving as Director of CM/PM at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Dorsey held the position of Senior Construction Manager at the same company from May 2019 to December 2021, overseeing project budgets and schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
