Dave Rousseau is a highly experienced cost management professional with a strong background in construction estimation and project controls. Currently serving as Cost Manager at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. since December 2021, and as Co-Founder and Chief Estimator of Guesstimate Consulting, LLC since May 2020, which specializes in comprehensive construction cost services. Rousseau has held various senior roles in cost management at companies such as 35 North, Cumming Corporation, and STV, where responsibilities included estimation for key projects at Columbia University and NYU. Prior experience includes significant contributions to major developments like the World Trade Center Project at Hunter Roberts Construction Group and extensive estimating work at DFC Structures, LLC. Rousseau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
