Lammert Dijkstra has diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Lammert began their career as a Treasury Holder at Cleopatra A.S.G., where they were responsible for managing the budget and implementing credit policies for a student organization. Lammert then worked as a Political Assistant at Student en Stad before transitioning to Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, where they served as a Student Assistant. In this role, they managed course content and taught introductory courses in Artificial Intelligence.

Following their time at the university, Dijkstra joined Orga Toolkit BV as an R&D Consultant, where they developed statistical models and designed web applications. Lammert later became a Project Manager, successfully completing various psychometric web application projects.

Continuing their career growth, Dijkstra joined Ixly (voorheen Orga Toolkit) as a Product Manager, initiating and managing several web application projects in response to market demands.

Lammert then moved to Yellowtail as a Consultant, advancing to Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, and eventually Principal Consultant. In these roles, they provided expert consultation and guidance to clients.

Currently, Dijkstra works at Ockto as the Technical Director, overseeing technical aspects of the organization's operations.

Lammert Dijkstra's education history includes a range of academic achievements. Lammert attended the Chr. Gymnasium Beyers Naude from 1992 to 1998. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Groningen, where they pursued a degree in Psychology from 1998 to 2003. Following this, Lammert pursued a higher education in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Lammert obtained a Bachelor of Science (Ba. Sc.) in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Groningen from 2003 to 2006. Continuing their studies, Lammert earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Artificial Intelligence from the same university between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², although there is no specific information regarding when they obtained this certification.
