Ahmad Al Mutawa serves as a Senior Legal Counsel at ENOC since June 2016 and is a member of the OCIMF Legal Committee from May 2022. Prior experience includes acting as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at a Confidential Company from June 2020 to January 2022, and providing legal consultancy at Dubai Police General Headquarters from August 2007 to June 2016. Ahmad's educational background encompasses an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham Dubai, a Diploma in Corporate Governance from CIPFA, a UAE VAT Compliance Diploma from PwC's Academy Middle East, a UAE Certified Lawyer designation from the Ministry of Justice (UAE), and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) in Law and Police Science from Dubai Police Academy.
