Dilenthi Goonesekera is an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting, human resources, and psychology. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Oceans since March 2024, Dilenthi previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services from December 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes an IR and HR Executive role at WindForce, Sri Lanka's leading renewable energy company, and a Talent Management Executive role at Akbar Brothers, the world's largest exporter of Ceylon Tea. Dilenthi began a career in HR as a Management Trainee at Akbar Brothers and has also worked as a Psychology Intern at Samutthana. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Coventry University and a Diploma in Psychology from CIIHE.
