Roberta Oliveira is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at OceanPact Serviços Marítimos since February 2019, Roberta has successfully implemented strategies such as a mentoring program for senior leaders and a women's leadership initiative. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Deloitte Brasil, where Roberta evaluated management indicators and promoted a high-performance environment across various business sectors. Roberta also held HR roles at Servier and Lundbeck, focusing on recruitment, organizational assessment, and internal HR policy development. Roberta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree in Portuguese Language and Literature from UERJ.
