Ioana Andreea Ifrim is a skilled QA Automation Engineer and certified Agile Coach with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently, Ioana oversees two distributed scrum teams at OceanoBe Technology, focusing on meeting facilitation and dependency management. Prior to this role, Ioana served as an Agile Coach and QA Automation Engineer at Mambu, where responsibilities included testing API v2.0, designing automation frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders for project success. Ioana's career began at Endava, where foundational skills in automated testing and client communication were developed across various projects. Ioana also holds degrees in Computer Engineering from the Technical University "Gh. Asachi" Iasi, earning both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree.
