Rushikesh Sapdhare is a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer at OW Ocean Winds since April 2022, overseeing projects across the UK and Europe. Prior experience includes roles as a Principal Engineer at Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions, focusing on offshore wind projects in Ireland and Japan, and as a Principal Engineer at COWI, where responsibilities included leading engineering efforts for steelworks and transportation & installation in the offshore wind sector. Rushikesh also served as a Senior Structural Engineer at Atkins, specializing in design and stability analysis of offshore structures, and began a career as a Structural Engineer at ASRANet Ltd. with expertise in reliability studies of riser and mooring lines. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Ship and Offshore Structures from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
